All shipments being imported into Canada are subject to inspection by the CBSA or other government agencies. So you may find that your packing box has been opened and resealed after inspection.
For Canadian orders, please check your local rules and regulations about all customs and brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions that are imposed on goods imported into your country. Please note that there may be additional shipping related fees due upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Refunds are not eligible for packages refused by the recipient.

The security of our customer's information is important to us. We reserve the right to verify all order details prior to order processing. This includes the use of third party data resources as well as our own internal security, information and verification procedures. Addresses that do not verify will create a potential shipping delay and possible order cancellation. In the event your order is canceled, you will be notified via email.

USPS does not offer a package intercept service. The package will be delivered to the address as provided on your order. If the address is incorrect, there will be a substantial package delivery delay and additional fees for return of delivery to shipper as well as additional shipping fees to reship to a correct address. Refunds are not eligible on returned packages due to address issues or recipient refusal.
